Sidney Waterfront Inn & Suites is located on the waterfront at the foot of Beacon Ave in Sidney B.C. on the north end of the Saanich Peninsula twenty minutes from Victoria. 10 minutes from B.C. Ferries, close to Butchart Gardens, 10 minutes from the Victoria International Airport and 2 minutes from the Anacortes Ferry.

The Paquette family bought the original Hotel Sidney site in 1963, they continue to own and operate this site as an independent family business.

The lobby and check-in are located at 9775 First Street, home to 26 modern, standard hotel rooms. There are 10 new and spacious deluxe waterfront rooms in the new Sidney Cannery building. All rooms support wireless computers.

The Sidney Cannery building is also home to Ocean Palm Spa, Awakening Yoga, SeaQuest Whale Watching, waterfront Beacon Landing Restaurant and Liquor store, Surrender Ladies Wear, Fandango's antiques and Papyrus card shop.
